The Gilly’s Philosophy

Our mission is simple: To make consistently good quality products sourced from local producers. We do this by using the highest quality suppliers and freshest ingredients many of which are sourced locally from small, family producers just like us!

Having a long history in the meat industry with a background in animal husbandry and operating piggeries has led us to strive to produce an exceptional product, which exceeds our customer’s expectations. 

It is quality rather than quantity that matters to us! And a product that keeps our customers coming back for more year after year! 

We like to challenge ourselves at Gilly’s and constantly push the manufacturing boundaries by creating products, which are preservative free, gluten free and have reduced additives.
