Locally Sourced

All our products are sourced from local farmers with the philosophy ‘fresh is best’. Gilly’s prides itself on using only Australian grown products, which stems from a long history within the pork industry from running our own piggeries through to smallgoods manufacturing. 

Our lamb is 100% grass fed from the lush green pastures of Tasmania and Victoria where the climate is perfect for the best tasting lamb.  Our beef of choice is ‘angus beef’ where the cattle are free-range pasture fed or 100 day grain fed finished, sourced from the regional farmers in Northern NSW. 

Gilly’s is a proud member of the Australian Pork Limited and we will continue to support our local industry and rally against the use of imported products. We hope you enjoy the very best cuts we have prepared from paddock to plate for our loyal customers.
